1Information You Provide

The App may process the following information entered by users:

• Habit and activity names
• Completion history
• Customization preferences
• App settings

This habit data is generally stored locally on your device.

2Information Collected Automatically

The App or its third-party services may collect the following information:

• Device information and operating system version
• App crash and performance information
• Information required to display advertisements
• Purchase status, including Premium entitlement status
• An installation ID, product ID, and store transaction information used to verify purchases

3Advertising

The free version uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to deliver advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may use device information, advertising data, product interactions, and, where permitted, advertising identifiers for ad delivery, personalization, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention.

On iOS, when data would be used for tracking as defined by Apple, the App requests permission through App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Tracking that requires ATT permission does not begin before permission is granted. If permission is granted, an advertising identifier may be used for purposes such as ad personalization and measurement, subject also to the user's applicable Google consent choices.

Declining or being unable to grant ATT permission does not restrict the App's main features. The free version may continue to display ads within a scope that does not involve tracking requiring ATT permission.

Where consent is required, including in the EEA and UK, the App may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present choices about advertising and data use. Google UMP consent and Apple ATT permission are separate mechanisms, and the App respects both.

4In-App Purchases

Premium purchases and tips to the developer are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The App does not obtain payment information such as your credit card number.

Purchase status and identifiers required for verification, restoration, refunds, and revocations may be transmitted to and stored on a server managed by the developer.

5Data Storage

Habit, history, customization, and settings data entered by users is generally stored locally on the device. Information required for purchase verification may be stored on cloud servers to manage Premium entitlements, prevent fraud, restore purchases, and process refunds or revocations.

6Notifications

If permitted by the user, the App may provide reminder notifications. Notification content and timing are managed on the device, and habit data is not transmitted to third parties for reminder delivery.

7Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK
• Apple App Store / Apple In-App Purchase
• Google Play / Google Play Billing
• Google Cloud Firestore

8Use by Minors

Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian where appropriate.
