1Information You Provide

The App may process the following information entered or selected by users:

• Challenge periods, characters, and display preferences
• Daily exercise, weight, food, sleep, meditation, and discipline records
• Free-form entries such as focus subjects, focus time, and journal entries
• Custom discipline checklist items
• Reminder time, language, viewed Premium references, and other app settings

Challenge and activity records are generally stored locally on your device. The App does not transmit this content to the developer’s own servers.

2Information Handled Automatically

The App or operating system and store services may handle the following information:

• Device and operating system information required for app operation
• Premium entitlement status
• Product IDs and store transaction information used to check purchase status
• Notification permission status

3Notifications

If you allow notifications and set a reminder, the App uses local notifications on your device to display entry reminders.

The reminder time is stored locally. Activity records and free-form entries are not sent to the developer’s servers to deliver notifications. Notifications can be disabled in device settings.

4Advertising

The free version may display advertising space. Advertising space is hidden while Premium is active.

If an advertising service is introduced and third parties begin collecting information, this Policy will be updated to identify the service and explain its data handling.

5In-App Purchases

Premium purchases and optional support for the developer are processed through the Apple App Store. The App does not obtain payment information such as your credit card number.

The App uses Apple’s StoreKit to check and restore purchases and reflect changes such as refunds and revocations. Purchase information is not transmitted to or stored on the developer’s own servers.

6Data Storage and Deletion

Challenges, activity records, free-form entries, custom checklist items, and settings entered by users are generally stored locally on the device. This information may be deleted when the App is uninstalled or its local data is erased.

Purchase status is checked through mechanisms provided by Apple. Apple’s privacy policy applies to purchase and transaction information handled by Apple.

7External Services and Links

The App uses the Apple App Store, Apple In-App Purchase, and local notification features provided by the device. The App may also open external pages for its Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, support, and other app introductions.

8Health and Medical Information

Exercise, weight, food, sleep, meditation, and similar information recorded in the App is intended for personal habit tracking and reflection. The App does not provide medical services, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

9Use by Minors

Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian where appropriate.

10Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be revised in response to changes in law, new App functionality, or changes to services used by the App. Material changes will be announced on this page or through another appropriate method.
